Digital Peace Now University: Duncan Hollis – Part 1

Digital Peace Now University (DPNU) is in session, digital citizens! In part one of this two-part DPNU lesson, Temple University Law School Professor Duncan B. Hollis discusses the most significant challenges of applying international law in cyberspace through an unusual yet engaging mind map (based on his Council on Foreign Relations piece). Part one of this lesson correlates the existential and interpretative challenges of international law in cyberspace to the philosophy of Jean-Paul Sartre and baby carriages in a park, respectively.
