These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at www.DigitalPeaceNow.org (“Site”), which is owned and controlled by Digital Peace Now Society. These Terms do not apply to any other website or any offline activities by Digital Peace Now Society (unless specifically stated). Please also review the Site Privacy Policy. By accessing or using this Site, you represent and warrant that your activities are lawful in every jurisdiction where you access or use the Site.
Materials. All materials, code, statements, information and other content on or that comprise the Site and the “look and feel” of the Site (collectively, “Materials”) are owned, controlled or licensed by Digital Peace Now Society and are protected from unauthorized use, copying and dissemination. Digital Peace Now Society grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable license to view the Materials. Governing Law and Venue.
